Safety Training & Certification
We offer American Red Cross certification training in CPR/AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens, with training available for tattoo and body piercing professionals, studios, organizations, community groups, and events.

Recognize and respond to cardiac arrest, choking, and other life-threatening emergencies. Training includes hands-on practice and real-world scenarios to help participants build confidence before an emergency happens.

Learn how to assess injuries, provide immediate care, respond to common medical emergencies, and support someone until professional medical help arrives.

Understand exposure prevention, cross-contamination, sharps and biohazard safety, and how to reduce risk in environments where contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials may occur.

On The Scene Training can assist tattoo and body piercing professionals with the paperwork, preparation, and practical questions that come with licensing and compliance.
Support may include help understanding required documentation, organizing application materials, reviewing safety-related requirements, and preparing for the steps involved in becoming licensed or maintaining compliance.
We can also provide consultation for shops, artists, and body piercers who are trying to make sense of the process or determine what they may still need before moving forward.

Convenience: Training at conventions for traveling artists who may need certification for other shows to comply with state-to-state licensing.
Flexible Scheduling: Sessions can be arranged to fit event schedules.
Certification: Participants receive American Red Cross certification upon completion, valid for two years for CPR and First Aid, Bloodborne is valid for 1 year.
Human Trafficking Education & Community Response
Human trafficking does not look the same in every community, every industry, or every case.
On The Scene Training helps professionals and communities better understand what human trafficking really is, how vulnerability and exploitation develop, and what trafficking can look like in real-world situations.
Our training can include sex trafficking, labor trafficking, grooming, vulnerability, force, fraud, coercion, control, trauma bonding, online exploitation, and the ways traffickers gain access to and maintain control over victims.

Tattoos Tell A Story
Tattoos can carry meaning connected to identity, loyalty, control, trauma, exploitation, survival, or healing—but the tattoo alone never tells the whole story.
Tattoos Tell A Story helps tattoo professionals, law enforcement, investigators, MDTs, and service providers better understand the context surrounding tattoos in human trafficking and exploitation.
Training may include branding, bonding, punishment tattoos, trauma bonding, what artists may see in the chair, what tattoos may reveal in an investigation, reporting, safety, and removal or cover-up planning.
Context is critical.
The goal is not to tell someone what their tattoo means.
The goal is to understand the story around it.
Heavy conversations can be important—and overwhelming.
Take A Sensory Break is a fully mobile sensory cart for conferences, summits, trainings, and community events. It offers tools that engage multiple senses and can be used right at a participant’s seat, table, or breakout space.
Attendees can come to the cart, or the cart can come to them.
