Real-world education for safety, awareness, response, and community connection.
On The Scene Training brings practical training directly to the people who need to use it, from tattoo and body piercing professionals to law enforcement, multidisciplinary teams, human-service providers, schools, organizations, and communities.
Our work connects safety, human trafficking education, Tattoos Tell A Story, trauma-informed practices, situational awareness, community engagement, and multidisciplinary response so people can better understand what they are seeing, know who needs to be involved, and determine what comes next.
We Help You Make It Make Sense.

Tattoo & Piercing Safety
Construction
Practical safety training designed for the environments where people actually work. From tattoo studios and convention floors to organizations and community settings, training is customized to make safety requirements understandable, usable, and relevant.
Human Trafficking Education & Community Response
Human trafficking does not look the same in every community, every industry, or every case.
On The Scene Training helps professionals and communities understand sex trafficking, labor trafficking, exploitation, grooming, vulnerability, force, fraud, coercion, control, and the real-world circumstances in which trafficking can occur.
Our work can move beyond awareness into situational awareness, community engagement, partner coordination, multidisciplinary collaboration, and helping identify the right people and resources to bring to the table around complex cases.
The goal is not simply to recognize trafficking. It is to understand what you may be seeing, respond within your role, and connect the right people so no one is working in a silo.
Tattoos Tell A Story
Tattoos Tell A Story explores the story, context, and circumstances surrounding tattoos in human trafficking, exploitation, trauma, control, and recovery.
We teach professionals to look beyond the image itself. A tattoo may provide context, but it should never be interpreted in isolation.
Training is customized for tattoo professionals, law enforcement, investigators, multidisciplinary teams, victim-service professionals, and organizations supporting survivors.
Take A Sensory Break
Sensory support that moves with the event.
Conferences, summits, trainings, and community events can involve long days, crowded spaces, and emotionally heavy conversations. Take A Sensory Break is a fully mobile sensory cart designed to give attendees practical ways to reset, regulate, and stay engaged.
The cart supports multiple senses, with tools and items participants can choose based on what feels helpful to them in the moment.
Attendees can visit the cart, or the cart can be wheeled directly to where they are. Many of the items are designed to be used right at a seat, table, breakout session, or other event space, allowing someone to take a sensory break without having to leave the conversation completely.
The Heart of Our Mission
At On The Scene Training, our mission is to make complex, real-world issues easier to understand, safer to talk about, and more practical to respond to.
Our work is shaped by professional experience, lived experience, community connection, and years spent working directly alongside the people and industries we train.
We focus on context, safety, choice, trust, and collaboration. Whether we are teaching CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens, helping professionals better understand human trafficking, delivering Tattoos Tell A Story, supporting multidisciplinary teams, engaging communities, or providing mobile sensory support, the goal is the same:
Help people understand what they are seeing, know their role, and recognize when others need to be brought to the table.
We believe the environment matters, the way questions are asked matters, and people should never be reduced to one sign, one behavior, one tattoo, or one moment.
Through education, community engagement, multidisciplinary collaboration, and practical support, we help people respond with greater awareness, better communication, and a clearer understanding of what comes next.
We Help You Make It Make Sense.
I especially like this phrase for you:
Professional experience. Lived experience. Real-world application.
